Formación

• Experience in designing, implementing, or supporting contact center solutions.
• 2+ years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to define technical designs.
• Build and configure Amazon Connect solutions.
• Execute testing to ensure product performance.
