A leading international financial organization is seeking a Business Development Team Lead for Colombia. This role involves managing a team to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across the LATAM region. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD, strong leadership skills, and be fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers focused on LATAM markets.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Develop strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
• Provide training on market trends and sales techniques.
• Analyze team performance and present insights to senior management.

Conocimientos

Experience in Forex/CFD business development

Leadership

Understanding of LATAM financial markets

Fluency in English and Spanish

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

MBA preferred
