BingX is seeking a Business Development Manager in Colombia to drive partnerships, identify new markets, and expand our crypto ecosystem. You will engage with overseas peers, KOLs, and crypto projects to foster long-term collaborations while navigating a dynamic global landscape.

The role requires proven BD experience, crypto market knowledge is a plus, and fluency in English and Spanish. Enjoy a fully remote setup with flexible holidays and competitive compensation in a multinational team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans, assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects
• Build relationships with overseas crypto peers, promote cooperation between each other
• Build partnerships with key opinion leaders or crypto projects, promote cooperation with each other
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/clients

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role
• A deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
