Moffatt & Nichol, Bogota office, seeks a Payroll Specialist to handle payroll processing support across Latin America under supervision. The role focuses on data preparation, records maintenance, timekeeping reviews, and standard reporting for multiple countries, including Colombia.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in payroll, strong English skills, and familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Celergo, and BST Global. Background checks per NIST 800-171 are required.

Formación

• 3–6 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
• Understanding of payroll principles; exposure to Latin American payroll
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple payroll cycles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Background check in line with NIST 800-171

Responsabilidades

• Support payroll data preparation for multiple Latin America countries (e.g., Colombia and other regional offices).
• Enter and maintain employee payroll records (new hires, changes, terminations).
• Assist with timekeeping reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate standard payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy in line with internal procedures and local country requirements.
• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalation.
• Support audit requests by gathering payroll records.
• Works independently on well-defined payroll tasks across multiple countries.
• Handles moderately complex payroll issues within established guidelines.
• Contributes to regional payroll operations and team efficiency.
