Kaplan Languages Group in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks a Payroll Administrator to join its global payroll operations. You will process payroll inputs across countries, liaise with HiBob and ADP Celergo, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You’ll use Excel for data analysis, support off-cycle payments, and help implement process improvements with cross-country teams. The role requires at least 1 year in payroll, strong English skills, and a disciplined approach to data integrity.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience with payroll processes.
• Clear written and spoken English (B2+).
• Practical payroll processing understanding, with deadlines and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills for data extraction, cleaning, and validation.
• High accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail with sensitive data.
• Ability to learn new payroll/HR systems quickly and follow structured processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities within fixed deadlines.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll preparation and processing for multiple countries and cycles.
• Extract, clean, validate, and format payroll data from multiple sources for ADP Celergo and other providers.
• Support off-cycle payments, corrections, and retroactive adjustments.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, checklists, and supporting documentation.
