Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst in Bogotá. The position is 100% on-site Monday to Thursday, with Fridays from home, and direct employment with the company.

You will manage and maintain IT equipment, install and configure systems, and provide second-line technical support. • At least 5 years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Perform system and software installations and configurations on servers.
• Provide second-level technical support.
• Support monitoring of backups, vulnerability scans, security bulletins, and updates to equipment and operating systems.
• Participate in the improvement, development, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
• Manage the inventory of IT equipment and technological resources.
• Provide timely follow-up on support requests.
• Participate in procurement, selection, and negotiation with IT service and equipment providers.
• Support the preparation and review of procedures and user instructions.
• Participate in defining strategic plans for the development of the technology infrastructure.
