Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations and technology/project management.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in corporate or multinational environments.
• Experience with ERP/CRM environments and vendor management.

We are currently looking for an IT Manager to lead the IT function in Colombia, ensuring operational stability while driving technology transformation and initiatives aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, networks, service desk, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
• Ensure service availability, performance, SLA compliance, and business continuity.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary IT team, setting priorities and balancing operational and project requirements.
• Manage technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and implement technology, automation, and process improvement opportunities that generate business value.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and external service providers.
• Act as the main IT business partner, translating business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Coordinate cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and corporate IT requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations and technology/project management.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in corporate or multinational environments.
• Experience managing vendors and external technology partners.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, enterprise applications (ERP/CRM), and integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management practices.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and risk management.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum; PMP is a plus.
• Experience working with multiple platforms and ERP environments; M&A experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
