Grow-Talent.com is partnering with a leading B2B solutions provider to recruit an IT Manager for their gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia. The role focuses on managing and securing critical IT systems, ensuring 24x7 availability and scalable infrastructure.

You will lead a diverse IT team, drive network optimization, and oversee project budgets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT infrastructure, CCNP, CISSP or similar certifications, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and servers.
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, NAT, VLANs, and security.
• CCNP certification; CISSP/Azure/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit an IT Manager for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia.

Position: IT Manager

Location: Bogota, Colombia

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, including firewalls, routers, servers, and storage.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs
• Manage DHCP, DNS, load balancing, and optimize network performance and scalability
• Oversee server (Windows/Linux) performance, backups, disaster recovery, and data integrity
• Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
• Lead IT teams, ensure 24x7 system availability, and manage incident response
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects, managing budgets and resources

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role
• Extensive experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and server management
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), NAT, VLANs, and network security
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification
• Experience with Linux systems
• Proven ability to manage a 24x7 IT support environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), would be considered a plus
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, would be considered a plus
• ITIL Foundation certification, would be considered a plus
