HarbourVest Partners in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional to support onboarding, client reporting and service interactions. The role combines data stewardship with timely entry and management of investor data in our record-keeping systems.

You will work in a hybrid environment with a clear emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to navigate databases and CRM systems.

Formación

• Strong data entry accuracy and speed are essential.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Experience with client onboarding and reporting is a plus.
• Proficient in English and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain investor data in record keeping system.
• Distribute critical communications to client contacts related to cash flow, amendments or notices.
• Provide data stewardship and testing for firm initiatives and projects.
