HarbourVest Partners in Bogotá is seeking a data-entry oriented analyst to build and maintain investor data across our record-keeping systems and support client onboarding, reporting and service interactions. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex databases and CRM tools.

You will work in a hybrid environment with opportunities to contribute to global client communications and data stewardship initiatives, leveraging Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Formación

• Education preferred: B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years experience in data entry, quality control or client experience preferred (Analyst level)

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain investor data in record keeping system.
• Distribute critical communication to client contacts related to cash flow, amendments, extensions or legal notices.
• Provide data stewardship, data entry and user acceptance testing for firm initiatives and projects.
