Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Data Access Manager in Colombia to support prospective clients through the Access & Integration process, ensuring data sources connect to internal systems. You will bridge Revenue and Analyst teams during new business vetting, delivering complete marketing assessments.

You will build trust with clear communication, handle technical access requirements, and maintain a solutions‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

Experience guiding clients through onboarding processes and conducting effective training sessions.
Background in addressing and resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical context.
Familiarity with analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting.
Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks.
Familiarity with common marketing platforms and CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact for prospective clients during data access and integration in the sales cycle.
Coordinate platform access with Revenue and Analyst teams.
Manage onboarding environments for prospective clients.
Maintain and evolve Access & Integration materials library.
Update internal docs as access processes change over time.
Leverage AI technologies to enhance access and integration processes.
