Responsibilities

• Process new starter docs and right-to-work checks in line with statutory requirements.
• Schedule medical checks for new starters.
• Coordinate references and verification checks according to internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data security.
• Monitor employee absenteeism and report findings.
• Administer social security registrations and reporting.
• Process severance requests and manage employee benefits.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal HR workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with disciplinary process documentation and case evaluation.
