The role requires 1-2 years in operational/finance-support contexts, strong English skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualificações

• Last semester or degree in administration, economics, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in operational roles focused on execution and control of processes, including vendor support, activity tracking, operational coordination, data accuracy, and preparation of operational or financial reports, within shared services, operations, or support environment.
• English B1+ or B2 is mandatory.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience as business analyst or process analyst is an asset.
• Experience in Finance / Accounting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration are essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English/Spanish.
• Proven teamwork capabilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong at prioritizing tasks, adapting to new situations, and taking initiative to solve problems.
• Details and deadline oriented, highly organized, and ability to work under high pressure environments is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall process of external technology contractor services, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Oversee supplier payments, accruals, and billing, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and lead the contractors team.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Scotiabank policies and procedures.
• Support end-to-end contractor management and data accuracy for operational continuity.
• Prepare operational and financial reports related to contractor activity, cost tracking, and SLA compliance.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to strengthen workflows and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and meet process requirements.
• Uphold risk, regulatory, AML/ATF, conduct risk, and business controls in daily activities.
