EXL in Bogotá is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process back office transactions in the US P&C client area, including mid-term changes, endorsements, coding, and correspondence. You will work to meet SLAs and follow documented desktop procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, maintaining high-quality outputs, and continuously improving process metrics and customer satisfaction under strict deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process back office transactions in US P&C client area such as mid-term changes, endorsements, coding, and correspondence.
• Follow SLAs outlined by the client for processing transactions.
• Ensure transactions are processed per defined and documented desktop procedures.
• Meet assigned targets in accordance with SLA.
• Maintain transaction quality compliant with predefined parameters.
