Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in Property & Casualty.
• Experience as a single point of contact for operations or service support.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support the onshore team with end-to-end P&C service work.
• Act as a point of contact for onshore branch support across the P&C policy lifecycle.
• Guide new joiners and help train on systems and services.
