EXL is seeking an Assistant Manager - Reporting for an on-site role in Bogotá, Colombia. The role focuses on managing daily reporting operations, ensuring accuracy, and delivering timely insights to leadership. You will coordinate inputs with business teams and monitor SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of reporting/MIS experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and strong stakeholder management. SSC/BPO exposure is highly preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Reporting, MIS, Financial Reporting, or related functions.
• SSC or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong MIS and reporting operations knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day reporting operations and timely delivery of reports.
• Review reporting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and quality before submission.
• Coordinate with business teams to gather reporting inputs and resolve reporting-related issues.
• Monitor reporting schedules, trackers, and compliance with SLAs.
• Support monthly reporting cycles, consolidations, and management reporting activities.
• Handle reporting-related queries and escalations from internal stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership teams.
• Support training and coaching initiatives for junior team members.
• Ensure process documentation is maintained and aligned with SOP requirements.
