• 1+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in Property & Casualty.
• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty space.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Relationship-building expertise across teams.
• Proactive problem-solving with initiative and ownership.
• Analytical thinking for assessing situations and decisions.
• Adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for onshore team, providing end-to-end support for Property & Casualty lifecycle services.
• Collaborate with sales agents and service managers to ensure seamless policy renewals, from preparation to execution.
• Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Managers, fostering growth and excellence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize workflows for better outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date policy information and documentation in Gallagher’s systems.
• Handle queries and unique service requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
