Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance; Master’s in Business Administration or Analytics preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP) are advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• HR shared services or lifecycle experience preferred.
• Willingness to work night/graveyard shifts and rotate weekly offs.
• Work five days on-site in Colombia.
