Genpact in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management to drive end-to-end people processes, from onboarding to offboarding, and to support global HR initiatives.

You will coordinate onboarding, run performance evaluations, administer benefits, handle employee relations, track development, and conduct exit interviews, while leveraging Workday and ERP tools in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
Advanced HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Experience with ERP, HR systems, and recruiting processes.
Spanish language proficiency required at high level (C2).

Responsabilidades

Coordinate the new employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.
Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
Administer employee benefits and handle leave requests in alignment with company policies.
Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
Monitor and track employee development and training programs to foster professional growth.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
