Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO to manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring policy compliance and positive employee experiences. You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, and onboarding support while maintaining accurate records and data confidentiality.

The role involves supporting performance evaluations, maintaining documentation, and staying up to date with employment laws and regulations in Colombia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business Administration).
• Experience in HR processes across the employee lifecycle is preferred.
• Strong understanding of policies, procedures and compliance in HR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of employee relationships from recruitment to offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, interviews, onboarding.
• Develop and implement orientation and training programs to support integration.
• Support performance evaluations and maintain documentation.
