Job summary

Genpact Bogote1 seeks an Specialist - HRO to manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding, ensuring policy compliance and fostering a positive employee experience.

You will coordinate recruitment, support orientation and training programs, assist performance evaluations, and maintain accurate, confidential employee records while staying current with local employment laws in a hybrid Colombia work environment.

Qualifications

• Degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance are required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
• Experience implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance across employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with employment laws and data confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of employee relationships from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring policy compliance and fostering positive employee experiences.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee orientation programs and training initiatives to support smooth integration and development.
• Support employee performance evaluations and feedback processes by maintaining documentation and tracking timelines.
• Administer HR policies and procedures related to benefits, leave management, and employee relations, ensuring accurate execution.
• Oversee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing separation documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and security in line with organizational standards.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to support compliance across all aspects of employee lifecycle management.
