Job summary

Auxis LLC is seeking an HR Analyst to support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity across HR systems, onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding, and benefits administration.

You will collaborate with HR Generalists, HRBPs, and leadership to deliver high-quality service, support compliance, reporting, and projects while enhancing the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required, written and spoken.
• High School diploma; technical HR or business admin degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Assist with performance management processes and reporting.
• Provide timely employee support and respond to inquiries.
• Participate in HR initiatives, training audits, and engagement activities.
