Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
• Experience with HR benefits administration or operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring weekly and monthly reports for benefit carriers (Aetna, MetLife).
• Prepare, review, validate, and submit reports on time.
• Analyze discrepancies and correct missing or inconsistent data.
• Maintain historical records, trackers, and SOPs.
• Support HSA/FSA reporting and other benefits-related reporting activities.
• Identify automation opportunities and support process improvements.
