Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience with high-volume delivery.
• Experience recruiting for tech and GTM roles.
• AI fluency with sourcing tools (Metaview/Noon/Claude).
• Experience with Greenhouse or another modern ATS.
• Professional/advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong organization, speed and follow-through; data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of the LATAM tech and sales talent market.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume desk of concurrent requisitions across tech and GTM roles.
• Source, screen and advance candidates quickly, hitting weekly pipeline targets.
• Use Metaview, Noon and Claude for sourcing, outreach sequences, screening summaries and notes.
• Keep Greenhouse accurate and current: stages, notes, scorecards and dispositions.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and engaged.
• Screen for English proficiency, role fit and LATAM contractor readiness.
• Flag pipeline risks early and share market feedback with pod leads.
