5411Hub is expanding its network of Freelance Recruiters for Colombia, Venezuela and Peru. This fully remote freelance role supports hiring projects across IT, Executive, and non-technical roles for clients in Latin America and the United States.

We seek professionals with 3+ years of recruitment experience, capable of sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top candidates. Advanced or fluent English is required, and experience in coaching is highly valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting Technology, Digital, Engineering, Corporate, Management, and C-Level profiles.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Available to work on a freelance basis.
• Experience in Coaching or Executive Coaching will be highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source, interview, and assess candidates.
• Present qualified talent to clients.
• Recruit Technology, Digital, Engineering, Corporate, Management, and C-Level professionals across LATAM and the United States.
• Collaborate remotely with our recruiting team.
