Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking an energetic Recruiter to join our fast-paced organization. You will manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and moving candidates through the hiring process.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and fluent English. You will build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions, coordinate interviews with managers, and maintain accurate candidate records in

• Experience recruiting and/or conducting interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

• Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, departments and job postings.
• Review and screen large volumes of applications to quickly identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct 55+ candidate screening interviews per week while maintaining a high standard of evaluation.
• Conduct structured first-round interviews using established hiring frameworks and scorecards.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, statuses, notes, and next steps within the ATS.
• Consistently follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving quickly.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Identify recruiting bottlenecks and proactively increase hiring speed and efficiency.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, candidate profiles, and priorities.
