Gamma Recruitment is seeking an experienced O2C Manager in Bogotá to oversee the full order-to-cash cycle and drive billing excellence.

The role partners with finance, sales, and legal to ensure accurate revenue recognition, strong controls, and timely invoicing for global clients.

You will lead a 60+ person O2C team, drive KPI improvements (DSO, billing accuracy), and pursue automation across the process.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C or related finance functions.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and controls.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the O2C team (60+ members) to ensure efficient billing processes.
• Monitor and improve O2C KPIs such as DSO and billing accuracy.
• Ensure timely invoicing and resolve billing disputes with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within the O2C cycle.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal to align contracts and revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Support ERP system migrations.
