Capgemini Bogotá is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our finance operations team. You will manage invoice processing, ensure billing accuracy, and support client invoicing requirements, coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies.

You should have 3–4 years in Billing or AR, advanced English (B2+), strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Billing, AR, Finance Operations, or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
• Experience managing client invoicing and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Coordinate with internal commercial teams to validate billing requirements and resolve invoicing-related issues.
• Maintain professional communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Ensure invoices are delivered accurately and on time through client-preferred channels (email, portals, mail, etc.).
• Follow up on invoice rejections, discrepancies, and customer questions, providing effective and timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update supplier and customer portal information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Review and apply customer billing guidelines to ensure invoice compliance and successful payment processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.
• Support billing reconciliation and reporting activities as required.
