Zoe Financial in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Billing Analyst to join the Finance team on-site. You will manage inbound client invoices and own the US AUM billing process, including a high-volume quarterly cycle.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience in end-to-end revenue operations within a startup environment. English proficiency (B2+) is preferred and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in Billing, Accounting and/or Finance roles.
• Experience in an in-house start-up environment preferred.
• Involvement in End-to-End revenue operations.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data handling.
• English proficiency at B2+.

Responsabilités

• Process inbound invoices from the client base across the revenue organization.
• Own the US AUM billing, processing over 750 invoices quarterly.
• Oversee US monthly retainer and consulting fee invoicing.
• Improve and scale billing and revenue processes with a focus on accuracy.
