Job summary

Kaseya in Medellín is seeking a Product Manager for Order to Cash to own strategy, roadmap, and execution of end-to-end O2C capabilities, including order management, billing, invoicing, payments, cash application, collections, revenue recognition, tax, and reporting. You will work with Finance, Billing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and IT to simplify processes and enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management or business-systems experience with O2C knowledge.
Proven ability translating complex processes into product requirements and roadmaps.
Experience with SaaS billing, revenue recognition, and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the O2C product strategy and roadmap across order management, billing, invoicing, payments, collections, revenue recognition, tax, and reporting.
Own and prioritize the O2C product backlog based on business value, customer impact, operational efficiency, financial requirements, risk, and transformation strategy.
Serve as the primary O2C product subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
Translate complex business processes and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, processes, and measurable outcomes.
Own the product experience across the complete O2C lifecycle, from order creation to invoicing and cash application.
Partner with Finance, Billing, Collections, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Operations to improve end-to-end O2C processes.
Support O2C processes across direct sales, ecommerce, partner/channel, and EDI models.
