INGEPSY is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Engineer to build a Claude Code-powered outbound engine. You will direct live campaigns, enrich contacts, and coordinate with field teams to optimize trade and partnerships. You’ll own the data-driven measurement while maintaining strict compliance on regulated channels.

You bring 3+ years in marketing, demonstrated cold outbound success, and fluency with data, SQL, and scripting. Remote-friendly with overlapping work hours in CT.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live work—tested in interview.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing with data-driven mindset.
• Cold outbound end-to-end: list, sequence, deliverability, and analytics.
• Comfortable with data: read CSV, write SQL, understand joins.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript; use git.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine: segment, enrich, verify, score contacts, write and track sequences.
• Arm field teams with target lists, routes, and follow-up sequences; iterate for next version.
• Own channels open here: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, retention and referral programs.
• Produce creative in-house with AI while respecting brand system.
• Automate recurring tasks: enrichment scripts, list hygiene, report pulls, QA.
• Own first-party measurement: order/subscription data, retention, referral attribution.
