INGEPSY is seeking a Marketing Technologist to build and own the growth stack for a regulated DTC brand. You’ll direct Claude Code to connect APIs, enrich data, and automate recurring work while leading field and partnerships activities.

You’ll own first-party measurement, optimize lifecycle channels, and produce practical, compliant campaigns for a Barranquilla-based or Austin-origin brand with remote collaboration.

Formación

• Hands-on marketing experience directing coding agents in live work.
• 3+ years in marketing with end-to-end outbound campaigns.
• Comfort with data, SQL, and API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run trade/partner outbound engine with enriched lists.
• Arm field team with routes, lists, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own channels: search, lifecycle emails/SMS, retention, referrals.
• Create in-house creative with AI tools aligned to brand.
• Automate recurring tasks and ensure data quality.
