Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a Founding LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Strategist to lead high-impact AI-driven outbound programs for global clients.

You will own ICP research, audience segmentation, compelling messaging, and multi-touch sequences from strategy through launch, testing, and optimization.

This fully remote role offers ownership from day one, direct collaboration with the founder, and the chance to shape a world-class LinkedIn outbound system.

Formación

• Experience in building B2B outbound campaigns that convert.
• Ability to identify ICPs, segments, triggers, and angles.
• Strong writing for concise, human outreach messages.

Responsabilidades

• Learn each client’s product, market, customers, positioning, and sales process.
• Identify ICPs, segments, triggers, and campaign angles.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Navigator and data sources.
• Determine target audience, value proposition, and timing.
• Write connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
• Launch LinkedIn outbound campaigns on the company platform.
• Monitor key metrics and adjust campaigns for performance.
• Document tests, results, and learnings; create playbooks.
