Responsabilidades

• Own the modernization and scaling of the marketing engine, balancing short-term lead delivery with long-term AI-driven system building.
• Manage and optimize inbound marketing performance to improve lead quality and volume.
• Oversee website de-anonymization initiatives to identify and act on anonymous traffic.
• Direct personalized outbound strategies enriched specifically for a hard-to-reach SMB market.
• Serve as an embedded extension of the marketing team, aligning growth, marketing ops, and engineering around shared goals.
