INGEPSY, a Regulated DTC consumer brand, seeks a Marketing Technologist in Manizales, Colombia, or remote. You will build the campaign machinery, direct Claude Code to automate recurring work, and run campaigns with sales, field and partnerships teams.

You will own channels, create in-house content with AI, automate workflows, and ensure first‑party measurement with clear reporting. This hands-on builder role reports to the founders and offers real ownership.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience.
• Direct experience directing Claude Code or equivalent.
• End-to-end cold outbound capability.
• Proficient in SQL and data handling.
• Strong API understanding and data workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine.
• Arm the field team with lists and sequences and support iterations.
• Own channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referral.
• Produce in-house creative with AI tools within the brand system.
• Automate recurring processes and data pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement and flag anomalies.
