INGEPSY is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build the outbound engine and own a full stack of growth activities. You will direct Claude Code or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks while running campaigns alongside sales and field teams.

This role reports to the two founders with high ownership and no immediate reports. Based in Austin, TX, or remote with CT overlap, you will own first‑party measurement, optimize routes, and grow owned channels through a disciplined, compliant

• Hands-on marketing experience with 3+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• Ability to design and execute outbound campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong data sense: comfortable with CSV/SQL and stitching data sources.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine, including list building, enrichment, scoring, sequencing, and hand outreach when needed.
• Arm field teams with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups; iterate for better versions.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention, referrals; align with brand systems.
