INGEPSY seeks a Marketing Technologist to build a regulator-driven growth stack for a DTC brand. You’ll direct Claude Code, automate workflows, and run campaigns alongside sales, field, and partnerships. Expect hands-on ownership, direct founder exposure, and a focus on outbound engines, with a remote-friendly, overlap-friendly schedule.

You’ll own the channels, craft data-driven sequences, and enable field teams with precise lists and assets. A practical, builder-first stance is essential.

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code or equivalent on live projects.
• 3+ years in marketing with a growth/tech focus.
• Cold outbound end-to-end: list building, sequencing, deliverability.
• Comfortable with data; reads CSV, basic SQL, and joins awareness.
• APIs are familiar: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, docs review.

Responsabilidades

• Build the trade and partnership outbound engine; define segments and sequences.
• Arm field teams with target lists, routes, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Own open channels: search, lifecycle emails, SMS, referrals, retention.
• Create in-house creative using AI, balancing automation and real product shots.
• Automate recurring work: enrichment scripts, data hygiene, QA pipelines.
• Own first-party measurement and flag any dubious numbers early.
