INGEPSY seeks a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to build the campaign machinery for a regulated consumer product. You will direct Claude Code integrations, enrich contacts, score leads, and craft sequences, while collaborating with field and sales to scale outbound efforts.

You will own owned channels (search, lifecycle emails, SMS, referrals) and drive data-driven optimization, retention, and win-back initiatives with real-time reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in marketing
• Experience directing Claude Code on live work
• Cold outbound you've run yourself
• Comfortable with data, SQL, and basic joins
• APIs are ordinary to you: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine
• Arm the field team with target lists and post-visit follow-ups
• Own channels: search, lifecycle email/SMS, retention and referral programs
• Produce in-house creative using AI tools within brand guidelines
• Automate recurring workflows and enrichment scripts
• Own first-party measurement and flag anomalies in data
