The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Growth Automation Engineer to treat growth as an engineering problem: design and operationalize the systems behind demand capture, lead routing, and experimentation.

This remote role (Latin America) requires US Pacific-hours overlap. You will build production-grade automations, apply AI, and partner with marketing and sales to move metrics and iterate based on real numbers.

Formación

• Professional experience in GTM engineering, revenue technology, data engineering, or a closely related technical domain.
• Strong bias toward action with hands-on shipping of prototypes and production tools.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar) with real shipped automations.
• Salesforce familiarity, including data models and CRM automation experience.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth, rate limiting, error handling).
• An owner mindset; proactively solving the right problems rather than just closing tickets.
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue processes.
• Active engagement with the AI space, with workflows built using LLMs like Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
• Strong written and spoken English, with willingness to work US Pacific-overlap hours.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage GTM motions to transform first, partnering with marketing to surface opportunities and build strategy.
• Build and ship working automations with Claude Code and event-driven tools like Zapier and n8n, moving prototypes to production.
• Own enrichment strategy — ICP segmentation and scoring, and signal-to-action workflows for sales-ready intelligence.
• Design and run multi-channel prospecting pipelines with A/B testing, automated enrichment and scoring, and routing.
• Support ABM and paid media, including audience targeting on LinkedIn and Google and testing/bidding automation.
• Use AI to scale organic and inbound demand, improving search visibility and AI-generated answers, tightening capture and routing.
