Decibel is looking for a senior product lead to own onboarding, growth, and marketing across three connected areas. You will translate trader requests into concrete projects, write specs, and guide engineering through release and measurement.

The role requires 4+ years in product with hands-on onboarding and retention on real-money platforms, and experience in iGaming or fintech deposit funnels. Based in Medellín, you will join a small, ambitious team in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in product with onboarding/retention ownership on real-money platforms.
• Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or related fintech with deposit funnel.
• Proven ability to own acquisition-to-retention funnel end-to-end with measurable numbers.
• Shipped incentive mechanics (welcome offers, trials, loyalty tiers) and analyzed outcomes.
• Led an engineering team with roadmap ownership and clear specs.
• Strong collaboration with marketing on launches and storytelling.
• Excellent written and spoken English; team operates in English.
• Based in Medellín and available four days a week in the Milla de Oro office.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and first funding experience end-to-end.
• Own second trade and retention lifecycle messaging.
• Own first trade on us experiment and learnings.
• Own rewards, incentives, and partner rails.
• Own copy trading feature and roadmap.
• Define feature intake and sequencing with engineers.
• Improve platform plumbing and reporting to enable cheaper campaigns.
