Sezzle in Bogotá delivers a fintech shopping experience with flexible, interest-free options. We are seeking a Product Marketing Associate to own growth strategy and go‑to‑market execution across shopper‑facing products, spanning financial services to engagement and rewards.

You’ll own a real portfolio from day one, collaborating with Product, Data, Design, and Marketing Communications to turn research into shipped, measurable growth.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Clear, concise communicator who can turn complexity into a sharp insight or recommendation
• Curious about AI tools and eager to use them to work smarter. Bonus if you're already using them regularly

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user research and own the analysis, turning results into actionable insight
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns and opportunities across your product portfolio
• Frame problems from a Gen Z consumer perspective and shape messaging
• Use AI tools to accelerate insights and inform growth plans
• Own product marketing for assigned products through Discover, Shape, Launch, and Scale
• Develop positioning and GTM plans across in‑app surfaces and lifecycle messaging
• Monitor adoption post-launch and iterate based on data
