Addi Colombia is seeking a proven lifecycle marketer to design, test, and scale merchant activation strategies. You will own the onboarding-to-reactivation journey, leveraging SQL, Braze, and multi-channel communications to drive merchant value and retention.

You will run weekly experiments, build automated journeys, and articulate ROI through data storytelling, influencing product and growth with measurable impact.

Formación

• Owns a funnel or lifecycle metric and can state its starting and ending value with interventions.
• Prioritizes by prize size and defends decisions with data.
• Designs end-to-end lifecycle journeys and automated multi-channel campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Move activation rate by diagnosing post-approval funnel leaks and shipping fixes each sprint.
• Deliver activation portfolio GMV plan and maintain it quarterly.
• Rebuild 30-day post-approval journey as automated multi-channel flow (Braze: push, WhatsApp, email, in-app).
• Run weekly experiments with clean incrementality reads and monthly ROI reviews.
