Jeeves is seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for Engineering, Product, and Data. You’ll partner with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across our global teams.

You’ll run full-cycle: sourcing, screening, market mapping, candidate experience, and closing. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is expected, with LatAm experience highly valued.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in tech
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus
• Experience with LatAm recruiting (Mexico/Colombia/Brazil)
• Ability to read system design job descriptions and screen technically

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, data)
• Translate requirements into search strategies and calibrated market views
• Build and execute sourcing across Boolean/X-ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, communities
• Conduct technical pre-screens beyond resume reviews
• Deliver market intelligence on compensation and market signals
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end and negotiate offers
• Track funnel metrics and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on interview design and panels
• Drive technical employer branding and pipeline visibility
• Oversee posting, scheduling, offers, and onboarding handoff
• Contribute to Global People Operations initiatives
