Jeeves is hiring across multiple global markets. The role focuses on finding and engaging candidates, building a robust pipeline, and delivering a stellar candidate experience. You will use LinkedIn, GitHub, and communities to discover top talent and manage outreach at scale.

The ideal candidate is a current student or recent grad, fluent in English and Spanish/Portuguese, tech-savvy, and comfortable with AI tools. This hybrid role is based in Latin America with flexible remote options.

Formación

• Currently studying, recently graduated, or switching careers.
• Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo, with hybrid work from home and local office.
• English plus Spanish or Portuguese (both a bonus).
• Fluent with AI tools and comfortable using them to draft and research.
• Strong writing skills and tech-savvy mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Play detective to hunt for candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and more.
• Build the pipeline by reviewing applications and keeping the ATS clean.
• Reach out to candidates and be the friendly first face of Jeeves.
