Job summary

Global Blue Americas Sucursal Colombia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross‑border integration projects and implement Global Blue TFS solutions across the Americas. You will coordinate with technical teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The role requires a university degree, 5+ years of multinational IT project management experience, fluent English, native Spanish, and good Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration projects for Global Blue TFS solutions across the Americas
• Deliver Issuing Solutions implementation projects within scope, timeline, budget and in compliance with the processes of Global Blue Professional Services
• Manage integrations with POS systems, terminals and external partners
• Support the Commercial Organization with technical and process
• Gather and maintain business and technical requirements (BRS, basic designs)
• Coordinate with Global and Central product and technology teams
• Plan, coordinate, and execute thorough UAT, rollout, and go-live activities with internal and external stakeholders
• IT Management of assigned Merchants/Vendors portfolio
• Act as the main technical contact for external partners and internal stakeholders
• Support incident coordination, production releases, and BAU activities
• Ensure smooth handover to Field Service and Support teams
• Participate, as per business demand in Field Services activities, as part of IT merchant/Vendor management
