Job summary

Agileengine, LLC. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with bilingual English/Spanish capabilities to work remotely from Colombia.

The role focuses on technical discovery, solution design, PoCs, and demonstrations for enterprise customers, partnering with account executives to drive deal closure. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in technical pre‑sales or solutions engineering, experience translating business needs into architectures, and a track record of live software demos and PoCs in enterprise

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting (or Master's degree plus 3 years / PhD).
Minimum 3 years of experience translating customer business requirements into technical architectures within enterprise IT environments.
Minimum 2 years of experience building and delivering live software demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept (PoC) tests, or customer technical evaluations.
Professional experience supporting enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical professional experience).

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation with Account Executives.
Deliver engaging technical presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and live product demonstrations.
Build PoCs to validate feasibility, displace competitors, and accelerate deals.
Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for field feedback.
