The Technical Account Manager will lead complex integrations with merchants, payment providers, and vendors across LATAM, coordinating across internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering IT/integration/technical project management in multinational settings.
• Experience with external customers, partners, or vendors.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, POS tech, and payment processing.
• Knowledge of EMV, PCI, ISO 8583 standards is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical designs and integration flows.
• History of leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent project management, communications, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration and implementation projects across LATAM.
• Manage end-to-end delivery: scope, timeline, budget, quality.
• Coordinate integrations involving POS, payment terminals, APIs, and partners.
• Serve as primary technical contact for merchants, vendors, and partners.
• Gather requirements, create specifications, and design integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations teams globally.
• Plan UAT, rollout activities, and go-live support.
• Support production releases and incident coordination.
• Manage relationships with assigned merchants and vendors.
• Ensure smooth handover to Service and Support teams.
