A leading digital services provider is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for technology inquiries. Responsibilities include supporting customer business needs, overseeing program compliance, and providing technical training. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of relevant experience, strong English skills, and expertise in Microsoft Office applications. This position is remote in Colombia, with some travel required.

Formación

• 3+ years in technical account, project, or product management required.
• Experience in the BPO/Call center industry and with cloud-based technologies is essential.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are key.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary technology contact for assigned programs.
• Facilitate business needs between customers and the Technology organization.
• Provide technical support during sales and discovery phases.
