• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, workforce planning and internal mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition for Scotiabank GBS Colombia, aligning with global priorities and market intelligence.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to influence workforce planning, hiring and internal mobility.
• Design and execute differentiated talent strategies for critical segments and leadership roles.
• Build strategic pipelines and ensure readiness to support growth and transformation initiatives.
• Drive standardized TA processes, candidate experience, and metrics-driven decision making.
