• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and keep stakeholders updated.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and universities.
• Screen candidates, run structured interviews, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
